Dynamic Case Management (DCM) in the BPMS

Workflow is so yesterday. With classic BPMS solutions, only repetitive processes can be mapped sensibly, with non-repetitive processes, classical BPMS solutions offer no benefit. Enterprise Service Bus (ESB)

The OpenText AppWorks Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) is the ideal tool for building a service-oriented IT architecture. Entity modeling in the BPMS

With OpenText AppWorks 21 (BPMS) comes a new, strong feature: Entity Modeling - for the definition of business objects, their relations to business objects (entities) and the representation on the web and on mobile clients.
